This Mercedes is one of the first W114’s ever built. It belongs to the so called 0.5 Series. The time span of the 0.5 Series lasted only from April 1968 to May 1969.

Specific details to the 0.5 Series were:

• Different door card design
• Different chrome strip C- Pillar
• Different middle console design (small ash tray)
• Grill made of aluminium instead of plastic

The 230 is equipped with the very rare 5-speed gearbox, which makes it quite economical.

The engine is a 2.3 litre straight six petrol engine. The engine is very good and shows full oil pressure.
